China Southern Airlines Launches New Guangzhou to Nairobi Service
Leading Chinese carrier, China Southern Airlines has announced the launch of new direct services from the provincial capital of Guangzhou to Nairobi in Kenya.
The inaugural flight flew on Wednesday, the 5th of August 2015. The new route will be operated on the airline’s fleet of Airbus A330-200 air crafts operating three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Kenya Airways already operates daily flights between Nairobi and Guangzhou, but they fly via either Hanoi or Bangkok, depending on the day of the week. China Southern currently operates over 500 Boeing and Airbus aircraft to 43 countries across the world.
